Information we process

Inquiry forms collect your name, email, company, country, optional phone number, message and selected products. These details are used to verify your email, review your request and respond to you. They are not used to subscribe you to marketing.

Email verification and retention

Unconfirmed inquiries expire after 24 hours. Confirmed inquiries are retained in the website’s request store for 90 days and sent to our sales mailbox. Email correspondence may be retained for ongoing quotation and business records. You may ask us to review or remove your inquiry data where applicable.

Security and service providers

Our SMTP provider delivers verification and inquiry emails. Hashed IP and email rate-limit identifiers are used for short-lived abuse prevention.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session cookies protect forms and administration sessions. Your selected product references are stored locally in your browser so you can build a quotation. This website does not include advertising or analytics tracking.
